Introduction tocertification: Antibiotic-freeproduct certification refers to the living, fresh and frozen livestock andpoultry products produced according to the antibiotic-free breeding andtransportation, slaughtering and splitting requirements, or thehighly-processed products not containing the livestock and poultryantimicrobial drug residues by using the fresh and frozen livestock and poultryproducts produced according to the requirements above as raw materials.

Antibiotic-free breeding: Antimicrobialdrugs (except the Chinese herbal medicine) are not used for the purpose ofgrowth promotion, prevention and health care in the livestock and poultrybreeding, and antimicrobial drugs (except the Chinese herbal medicine) are onlylimited to symptomatic treatment within 2 weeks after weaning of lactatinganimals or during the brooding period of eggs and poultry, and the category,dosage, course of treatment and withdrawal time are strictly controlled.
